How working with a UK team actually works

Our working day gives a genuine overlap with the US East Coast morning, with flexibility to meet later in the day for Central, Mountain and Pacific time. Work is organised in focused two-week phases, so you see real progress on a predictable rhythm rather than waiting on a time-zone gap.
We build inside your existing systems, identity and permissions, and data handling — including storage, retention and residency — is agreed before any work begins. Where US-specific data or compliance requirements apply, they are defined up front and designed into the system from the first week.
