Our commitment
Lumitec AI Ltd wants everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of engineering quality, not an afterthought.
What we've done
- Text and interactive elements meet WCAG contrast requirements, including button and link states.
- Every page can be navigated by keyboard, with visible focus styles and a skip-to-content link.
- The animated background on the homepage respects your operating system's reduced-motion setting, and a visible pause control is provided.
- Forms have properly associated labels, autocomplete attributes, and errors that are announced to screen readers; confirmations are announced and receive focus.
- Pages use semantic landmarks, one
h1per page, ordered headings and labelled navigation, including breadcrumbs. - Content remains fully readable without JavaScript, and forms provide email and phone alternatives.
Known limitations
- The interactive ROI calculator presents live numeric feedback; if you have difficulty using it, the same conversation can be had on a call — nothing on this site is available only through the calculator.
- Third-party components (the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check and the cal.com booking page) are outside our direct control. If either blocks you, contact us by email or phone and we will handle your enquiry personally.

Enforcement
If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not happy with our response, you can raise it with the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) in the UK, or your local enforcement body in the EU under the European Accessibility Act.
